In order to find what you are looking for, we have divided our products in three sections: Baby’s section, Boys & Girl's section and Mom’s section. Buy online Casilda and Jimena
The Casilda Jimena online purchase is different from other online stores because most of the garments are purchased under order (request). This allows us to attend the features regarding quality, materials and color; but mostly because we like to advise personally every purchase in order to meet the needs of each client. Therefore, if your order contains direct purchase only products, not purchased under order, you can pay directly on the website and we will immediately send you the products. If your order contains any purchased under order products, you will not pay directly on the web. When we receive the order we will contact you to discuss the details of materials, dates, etc., and inform you of the payment methods. That is why in all product cards you will find a form to request additional information on any of our garments. Our knitwear products are purchase under order. In some cases the time delivery may vary depending on the demand. In any case, once the order is confirmed, we provide an estimated delivery date, which is usually accomplished on time with no problem. In the case of fabric garments, accessories and some other items, order delivery can be done immediately after confirmation.
Once the order is detailed, if it includes purchase under order garments, we will send your a review to be able to confirm. For orders that are not under order, confirmation will done through the web along with the payment order. The order confirmation in both cases implies acceptance of the conditions of purchase by the customer.
For orders that do not include purchase under order garments, product forwarding will be done immediately after order confirmation. For orders that include under order garments expedition will take place once the second payment for the remaining 50% is made. We inform our customers directly via email.
Home deliveries are made by courier in 24-48 hours and shipping is free in orders above 150 € (applied even in discounts).
We have different options: bank transfer, credit card or payment through Paypal.
In case of not receiving the right size Casilda Jimena always accepts changes when the new size is requested. Otherwise you will receive a ticket (money value) that you can use the next time your buy. Shipping courier charges from products return are customers responsibility.
On demand replacement -in the case of textile garments- are possible as long as the fabric selected is available.
